What is your returns policy?
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order. Please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Due to the product being a consumable, once open we are unable to accept the open product.

What are the shipping options?
We partnered with USPS for shipping within United States and FedEx and DHL for international shopping.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Herbal Choice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
When will I receive my order?
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
What should I do if I never received my order?
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you failed to receive your order, please let us know by email (contact@herbalchoice.net)
A customer service representative will locate your order and inform you of your next steps.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Herbal Choice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, there cannot be any changes made to the order. We process every order at the end of every day at 12:00 AM EST. If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us at:contact@herbalchoice.net before 12:00 AM EST.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
General Answer:
We only carry products from brands that are completely transparent about their processes. This includes workplace conditions, where materials are sourced, and ensuring sustainable/ethical practices.
Specific answer depending on product:
Our black seed oil is cold processed and manufactured in United States. We insist on 100% originality, from seed to manufacturing, and we are also are meticulous to ensure the quality is perfect. With 3rd party testing amd GMP certified facility.
How do I make sure my order is right?
For the best shopping experience, getting your order spot on the first time. Make sure all contact information is typed correctly on checkout form.

We cling wrap all our products and use bubble mailers to protect the contents of your order. Rest assured, your orders are being packed to ensure nothing is damaged along the way.
How do I know my payment has been received?
If you pay via credit/debit card or PayPal, your order confirmation should indicate that payment has been completed.
